Joy And the Heart

One of the health exercise practiced by a many people is laughter. In Reader Digest, the is one section with the title, “ Laughter is the best medicine”

This section may however be very confusing to some as described earlier a person need to be happy in order to be healthy. Kindly take note that I am not advocating against joy except excessive joy. Perhaps one would have come across or even heard about someone who become over joy by some event that he suddenly collapsed and passed away.

Joy typically reacts on the heart. If a person is happy, he would normally be healthy. If joy is excessive or negative, it disperse heart energy, resulting in the spirit or mind being disturbed, causing severe palpitations, hysteria, mania, unconsciousness or even death. There are many cases in real life that a person was so happy that he lost his mind.

An example of negative joy is being happy over the inconvenience or suffering of other people. Some people derived great pleasure in hurting others. However because of his cruelty, he would also be very suspicious that others may do the same thing on him, causing unhappiness.

If the dream of winning big in lottery materialize, it might not be good for health. There are people dying in various circumstances when they come to sudden wealth.

We are unable to obtain case study on those whose heart is injured due to joy. For this illustration on heart disease, we would use case study of heart issue due to external factors.
